In order to change the start dates of a policy, we must be informed in advance of the start date.
In order to update other fields, such as date of birth, address and other personal information, please log into the portal and submit a message to our Partner Service Relations Team.
Please contact the Partner Service Relations Team by submitting a message in the Portal's Message Centre.
To maintain client privacy, you must use our Message Centre inside our secure Portal when sharing student-related information. Please do not send us emails that include any personal information of students.
If you prefer to contact our Partner Service Relations Team for matters that exclude personal student information, you can do so by email.
Claims reimbursement
If you would like to request a reimbursement on behalf of your student (and they have already paid the expenses), then you should contact the Claims Office.
Be sure to provide a copy of the certificate of insurance (for Malta policyholders: Summary of Insurance) and any relevant invoices or receipts.
